B - EAS protein shake, Coffee
L - 3 ounces grilled chicken breast, small amount of cheddar on top with some veggies, 3 tabls of red skin mashed potatoes
D - 1/2 cup of turkey chili and the taco salad that was suppose to be last nights dinner, my nice son offered to take out to dinner last night, todays lunch was the left overs from my dinner.
