B: carb control yogurt and 6 strawberries with splenda (they need a little help this time of year)
L: 3 itty bitty ww pitas (silver dollar size so cute!) 3ozs of tuna, 1 tblsp lite mayo * ended up eating 1.5 ozs tuna and 3 triscuits instead. also had 3 strawberries.

L - 2 1/2 ounces of Tuna with chopped celery, 1 tabls of low fat mayonnaise, 3 wheat ritz crackers
D - Stuck a whole turkey in the oven this am, so its 3 ounces of roasted turkey breast and 1/2 cup of broccoli, if I have room a couple bites of baked potatoe would be wonderful.........
All the liquids as usual.........

B- 4 oz cottage cheese with 1 clementine
s- protein shake- chocolate again! always.. lol
L- 4 oz beef chili, topped with chopped onion and melted cheddar, with 3 whole wheat saltine crackers

d- planning to have some lean boneless pork chop (about 4 oz), baked in the oven with duck sauce over it, along with some spinich (about 1/4c) and some whole wheat rice (about a scoop full).

dessert-- not sure yet
*water through out the day, vitamins, and excercise for 2 hrs
