Arrow Thursday 9/27/06, what have you been eating?

How is everybody doing?

7:00PM few bites of tashreeba, 1/2 whole wheat tortilla bread with beef burger, light mayo, ketchup, lettuce (Yummi), 1/2 liter light Oasis drink (strawberry). 2/3 mug arabic coffee with 6 dates.

S: Mocha coffee

S: few nibbles of raw mixed nuts and rasins

D: 1/2 whole wheat tortilla bread, lite mayo, ketchup, mozz cheese, lettuce, burger strips (yummi, wanted to have the whole loaf but couldn't hehehe I'm very happy that 1/2 the meal makes me full!)
Dessert was 1/2 cup of weight watchers strawberry and vanilla mosse (yummi without guilt!)

Will finish the bottle of water with my vitamins and nighty night to everyone

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
