Default Tuesday 10/3 What have you been eating?

Hi everyone. It sure is a beautiful day here again. I'm trying to soak all the nice days in because I know what it's like here in the winter...Brrr!

B) 1 MS veg. sausage, 1 2% cheese, 1oz. smoked salmon
S) Protein & coffee
L) 1.5 oz. deli turkey, 1 LC lite, 5 raw green beans
S) 8 Skittles, I was shopping and got lite headed...I think low BS
D) Homemade vegetable stew with .5 c. textured soy protein added. (think I'm going to start experimenting with it!)
S) 2oz. smoked clams, 10 rice crackers, 1.5t. mayo-based hot sauce, .25 c. unsweetened apple sauce, 8 dried sour cherries

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

still kinda early to post but so far today is:

B - cheese stick and a SoBe Diet Mango Melon, 1/2 hr after the cheese stick

L - 4 oz chicken and yogurt and if room cheese stick

D - I haven't thought about that yet....maybe a salad and some type of protein
