Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | well I was traveling back to Kansas and didn't do so hot either, but was able to keep some stuff down which was a change for me after the last week B: 1/2 of a scrambled egg S: 2 saltine crackers L: 1/4 cup of tomato soup S: frozen fruit bar (sugar free) D: topping off of 1/2 slice of pizza I didn't do a protein shake the smell was making me feel sick.. I will get one down today though!! |
