Morning!

S) Protein drink from Trader Joes
B) 2 MS veggie sausage, 1 2% cheese
L) 1 Gortons fish, 1/4 c. tomato sauce & salsa combined
D) .25 c. Tuna salad, 1 whole grain toast
S) 1 pc. Garlic bread, a few mixed nuts, 5 candy corns, 4 bite size pretzels

I'm not proud of today...the carbs. are calling me and I answered. Then tonight while visiting family they decided to make chocolate chip cookies right before Grey's Anatomy. I managed to skip a taste though. I was in a mood today. Must be TOM is approaching.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Still working on getting this food stuff down so far:

B: 1/2 protein bar

Nothing else other than water boy I have that down I hit my targets on the water thing everyday but boy I woud sell my big toe for a diet pepsi but don't want to push it yet! Have a good day everyone!
