Default 10/7 What have you been eating?

This is a very busy weekend for me. I do more things now in one day then I did in a month of Sundays before WLS.

B) Double protein drink
L) 1 c. Beef stew w/carrots, celery, peas, mushrooms & brown rice
S) 2 oz. smoked salmon
S) 2T Texas caviar, 6 baked nachos, 2 oz. chedder
D)4oz. Baked BBQ ribs, broccoli, raw carrot & greens, 2T mash potatoes

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
