Hi. I can't believe that the weekend is about over.

B) 3oz. roast pork, .5 apple
L) -
S) double protein & coffee
D) 5 oz. salmon, 1T lite mayo., .5 raw red pepper

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Hi all,
this is a quick one

B: 1 whole wheat toast with lo-fat cheese spread+ coffee+orange juice
S: raw nuts with green tea

went to the GYM walked for 40 minutes, biked for 15 mintues, weight lifting for 10 minutes

L: 2 baked not fried sambosa (cheese, meat) with sugar free oasis lite lemonade

S: green salad with few bites cheese quishe

D: 1 whole wheat toast with white cheese.

J's the cold weather/mental challenges/walking make me eat more! I hope I'm losing more than gaining!
