Oh my gosh...just getting home from 8:15 this AM.

B) Veggie chix. patty, 1/2 apple
S) Protein & coffee
L) 4oz. beef brisket
S) 2T cottage cheese, 10 pretzel sticks
D) 2 LC lite cheese, 10 baby clams, 10 rice crackers, small salad w/1T lite dressing
S) 10 rice crackers

I start aerobics swim tomorrow at 6AM ( )
