Default What have you been eating? 10/10

Wow is it getting cold here. Snow is forcasted for Thur. w/winter conditions. Will be interesting to see if it comes to fruition.

S) Protein drink, .75 skim, coffee
B) Morning star veggie sausage patty, egg, 1 2% cheese, .5 fresh peach
S) 1 c. chix. broth
L) 1 Gortons fish, string beans, parsnip
S) 1 oz. brisket, 2T garlic mash spuds
D) .5 can tuna, 1T lite mayo, 1T ketsup, .25 sweet raw red pepper

I'm already sore from water aerobics this AM.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

B: Coffee and a tiny scone (Was at a workshop....forgot my yogurt.....it was the least evil thing there......I WAS STARVING!!!!!!!!)

L: Half a crispy chicken wrap (chick, let, tom, onion, cheese, mustard) and a few french fries

S: Soy crisps (Sea Salt and vinegar...........YUM!)))

D: rotisserie chicken and cucumber.

S: cinna swirl soy crisps 100 cal pack.
