Default What have you been eating? 10/13

OK. I'm starting this early today. Maybe it will give time for others to post,
HINT. lol

S) Protein & coffee
L) 1/2 pheasant sandwich w/ 1pc. bacon, lettuce and tomato
S) 1 blue ches. and almond app., 2 T whipped sweet potato, lettuce
D) 1/2 broiled lamb chop, reducton of pomagranate, 3T whipped sweet potato & feta
S) 2 rice crackers and a small taste of carrot, almond, current & orange cake with orange marmalade and Grande Marnier
S) 1/4 glass white wine...I got tipsy on it

Probably the worst food day in 4 mos. I did'nt eat lunch till after 1PM and am lucky if I drank half of my H2O. I really blame it on being so busy today and running around like a chiken without a head.

OK for me
I had
7:00 coffee, whole wheat bread with cheese spread
L: Falafel white bread wrap with green salad
S: orange juice
S: chilli rice krisps
D: few bites chinese (noodles, chicken, beef), 3 bites whole wheat bread with hummus dip
S: green tea with mint and weight watchers cheese cake (few bites couldn't finish the serving I gave the rest to Judy!

OK, are we supposed to post today's or yesterday's food?

Yesterday for me:

B: Half PB and J Sandwich
S: Other half PB and J Sandwich
L: Lentil soup with cheese
D: Quesadilla with cheese, olives, and tomato
S: Soy Crisps

Some red wine at night to help me sleep.

Also, coffee and water
