Personally I like to post today's food because I'm getting old and I forget what I ate an hour ago heheheh so the post is there for you, you may choose to post today or tomorrow B: egg omlete (egg+mushroom+onion+tomato) 1/2 whole wheat tortilla bread. L: 1/2 wrap of felafel with green salad S: one handful lite popcorn + coffee mocha D: fried chicken with 6 french fries (sorry Kat hehehe coldn't resist it) S: green tea with mint, few nibbles of raw nuts and raisens

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B: Protein Coffee S: Tea & banana L: chicken spinach roll (1/2) D: chicken pot pie....YUM!!!! but at dinner....I had some sort of hypoglysemic thing....got sooo "wiped out" tired ...and had to take a nap at 9pm....slept til nearly 11pm....and now - It's 3:15am. Oooops....I better go TRY to sleep!! The bright side - it's only midnight in California!! LOL. Love you girls.... OH, BTW...I think my daily menues are gonna get better - Did you see that I hit 1500 posts...and NOW, I"M SEASONED..... a little seasoning is a good thing right?? LOL
