Arrow Sunday 10/15/06, what have you been eating?

Good afternoon to everyone

B: coffee + toasted whole wheat toast with light cheese spread and cucumber slices.
S: handdful of BBQ peanuts+apple+cheese stick
L: 1/2 chicken mayo salad wrap (whole wheat) added cucumber and lettuce. I'm eating it now it's Very heavy I barely had few bites.
S: green tea with mint sweetened with splenda
D: 1/2 chicken breast (fried), beef with Taboulah salad.
S: cuppuccino coffee


I'm trying to increase my proteins, drop the carb coz lately I have been a carb addicted. I hope that I will remain a good girl till midnight coz I screwed up last night I had weight watcher's ice cream and corn puffs with chilly sauce! I stink I know!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Hmm, just an idea, you know, but since you are unable to keep Ramadhan, what about forfeiting the sweet carbs instead. You need to keep the good carbs-- whole grain stuff etc-- on your menu, but stay away from the sweets even between sunset and dawn.

That sounds a good idea, thanks Doc I'll do that. Moe is a bad grocery shopper, my poor guy loves me to the extent that he buys anything from weight watcher's and that brand name by itself makes you losen up a lil bit. I've noticed that their sweet goodies have hi-cal and hi-fat ingradients so I'd better quit them and get back to my old natural unprocessed good food.

Hi. I had breakfast at my bros. and had to make the kids "Aunt Kat" french toast sticks.

B) 1 pc. AK ft, 1T home fries
S) Protein & coffee
L) Beef Jerkey tenders
D) 1 Gortons fish, 1/4 c. tuna salad, 1/4 freash red pepper
S) 3 oz. Braised pork. 5 rice crackers
