spellingTook my Vitamin first thing. Im on prenatal Vitamins now.
Breakfast 1/2 of a banana.

1/4 cup of almonds

No snack

Lunch: 1/4 cup of Mini Beef ravioli Hubby made me eat this.... long story.

Dinner 1 piece of pepperoni pizza Degorino thin crust. These are actually good and if you get the thin crust or whole wheat etc.... they are well waiting our limits. I get the thin crust. They even have a thin garlic crust. i still cant do whole wheat pizza crust.

Snack Strawberries with a pack of Ste-via in the Raw. This actually poured and looked like sugar crystals. i will tell ya ll in the next few days if this bothers my joints like Splenda. It don't taste bad either.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
