Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I know it's a bit early, but I was thinking let me do this before I go to school. I did 4/5 of the transmath test, and today I have to go early to do the De Movire's Theorem and the nth roats of complex numbers in polar forms I know I'm speaking in different language forgive me hehehhehehe B: 1 opti-fast slim whole wheat blue berry muffin bar with cuppuccino Water water water (I hope so!) L: whole wheat toast with reduced fat chedder cheese and green salad (Cucumber, tomato, lettuce) with coffee Water water water S: japanese rice crackers, peanuts, corn puffs, coffee ( I feel that I screwed up again with carbs!) D: 1/2 whole wheat tortilla bread with beef straganouf+hummus, small pizza slice (J's I'm eating a lot, exams makes me eat more than what I'm suppose to but seriously I feel hungry between lectures and exams!) any suggestions to fulfil the hunger without exceeding the daily limits?! plesae help me
