Default Weelllll?

HEY ALL YOU PEOPLE,
well, today I had my first meal out of the kitchen today. It felt very foreign to me quite honestly. Like I have said, I can eat mostly anything thus far, and it hasn't bothered me. The wife and I were off to WALMART, and before the turn I told her I was hungry, let's go to KFC. She did't take anytime going there, and I had some mashed tatoes, some coleslaw, and a half of a boneless buffalo chicken wing. IT WAS AWESOME. I had no after effect either. THANK GOD. I know that spicy things can be troublesome for people, but I handled it quite well. I dont know why this is, but ever since the surgery, I crave spicy things like you wouldn't believe. THE SPICIER THE BETTER. I just hope that my luck holds out. FOR THE RECORD THOUGH, GIRLS AND GUYS, I AM STILL EATING VERY HEALTHY. I WANTED TO CLARIFY THAT AND JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY JOY OF GOING OUT TO MY FIRST OUT OF THE KITCHEN MEAL.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

GOOD FOR YOU!
i am glad you did well dineing out!
We need to in the right portions and
the right amounts.
I am glad you did well.
EARLY out a meal like that would have gotten
me sick or i would have filled up on the coleslaw
and not eaten anymore!

I found i was always cheap to take out at the early s
stages nad dined for about 1.50!
GLAD you ventured out and ate.
i found i became a chip fiend post op.

keep up the great work

Default hey friendly

I am glad that I did well too. lol I am also a cheap meal, what I didn't eat, the wife did. She ate what I did. Then, ate mine. SO SHE DIDN'T EAT LIKE A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF FOOD. LOL I had to clarify that for the record. I had to leave most of the coleslaw and the potatoes, but it still was worth it. I WONT MAKE A HABIT OUT OF IT THOUGH.

Default Hello Becca!

I would take your time. YOU WILL KNOW WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR KFC. I was a little nervous, especially for the spice on the buffalo wings. THE SEAFOOD SOUNDS GREAT THOUGH. It just felt great to go out to eat, even if it was just basically a taste of the three things I had. lol
