Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

i use ground round - i personally don't care for ground turkey
i rinse off the ground round to remove excess fat
it probably has a few more calories than the turkey but is higher in protein

Breakfast: 1 scrambed egg and two pieces of no fat at all bacon. I cut it off. I have always did that though.

joanne, yes i dont like turkey meat at all unless i make a turkey burger and even then i have to put in peppers and onions and garlic etc. i hate the taste but know its good for me. i was just curious. i prefer beef.
