Default What did you eat today? Sat. 10/21

Yesterday was not such a great day food-wise. Allthough the food wasn't bad, it was almost 1200 cals. I also had the heebie geebies...sort of anxious and a little impatient. I try to stay around 800 every day. For some reason I was very hungry. I looked up my last 30 days on fitday and it turns out that a month ago, I hit higher cals. too. I'm assuming it's hormonal.
Today so far I feel "normal".

B) 3 oz. salmon, 1T lite cream cheese, 1/2 mini ww bagel
S) Protein & coffee
L) 1 oz. salmon, 1/2T lcc, 1/2 mini ww bagel
D) 1oz. chicken breast, 1/4 c. sauteed sinach, red peppers & onions, 1/4 c. angel hair, 2/3c. butternut squash soup, 1 crab stuffed mushroom
S) 2 small bites almond carrot cake w/brandied whipped cream- believe me, I could have smeared it on my body, I hated to leave it but I'm gald I didn't eat any more then I did

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I ate way too much today, and too much of the wrong things. we were out on a college visit, so for me today.............and don't yell at me:::

B:Mini Bagel,mini muffin, mini danish
L:TGIFRiday sesame chicken and shrimp........did not eat the ribs, and did not eat all of the chicken.........actually ate only two pieces.....and puked
D: Going to my friends house, so don't know yet.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I think I have to join Weight Watchers.

Don't beat yourself up over the 1200, Kat.
Actually, 1200 is about the right amount for maintenance, when you've reached goal, so it isn't bad at all.

It's frightning how sometimes it takes so much to be satisfied. Most of the time, a few ozs. will do, but sometimes I could just keep going.

I hear ya on that one Kitty Kat. Somedays it seems like I didn't have surgery and I have to stop myself before I eat too much.
