S) Protein, 2oz. nf yog., 1 Gerber peach
L) 3oz. turkey breast, 1/4 c. cole slaw, 1 2% cheese
D) 2T peanut butter, 6 raw baby carrots, 1 ww bread
S) 1/2 tin smoked oysters, 1 ww mini-bagel

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
