Well this morning was hectic at best!

My nephew is with me for the summer and he is spending the night at a friends. I have no children except for him during the summer to trying to get coordinated is a trip for me.
anyhoo....walked out without my shake this morning. luckly someone brought in peanuts so I had

coffee (decaf) 591 ml
crystal light Peach Mango Greeen tea 591 ml
(dunno about you but I have to mix one of those tubes with at least 32 oz or more of water) too dang sweet
L: Unjury Protein soup=21 g protein
D: Broiled shrimpies yummmmmmmm 4 oz= like 10 shrimp! 80 cal., no fat and 18g of protein
