B) Poached egg, 2% cheese, slice turkey bacon from Trader Joe's (it is the best...only 20 calories and actually tastes great)
L) Protein, skim milk, 1/4 c. lf yogart
D) 2oz. steak, 1oz. chicken, taco eggroll
S) 4 chocolate covered pretzels, 2 bites apple pie

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

I haven't been posting particularly in this spot because was basically eating like a pig! so today I have decided that that's it I got to stop being an emotional eater like the old times. Being stressed is no longer an excuse!

so today I had
B: 2 cheese sticks with coffee
L: piella (beef, vegi's) with green salad
S: coffee with handfull of light pop corn
S: whole wheat bar with berries
D: K special corn flakes with fresh blue berries and milk
S: apple

Byeee.
