Since we are now counting down to Christmas day, I'm going to get back in the saddle on keeping track. Anyone care to join?

Yesterday
B).5 c. yogurt, .25c. granola, .25 c. fresh fruit
S) Protein drink
L) Bocca burger, 1 2% cheese
D) .25 c. cole slaw, 2oz. broiled walleye, 1 fried shrimp, 1 perch filet, .5 slice whole wheat bread, .5 pat butter, 1T tarter sauce & cocktail sauce mixed.

I have to remember to slow the speed down on the eating!!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Hi Kat! I need to get back 'on board' also! Things have been so hectic that I haven't been planning my meals or eating as slowly as I should. I'll see if I can do this...
Yesterday
B) Sugar free Breakfast Bar (100 cal., 7 protein)
L) 2 oz. chicken, a few bites lettuce salad (salad gave me nausea)
S) snack size protein bar
D) Yogurt/fruit parfait/granola 5 oz.
S) multi grain rice cake, 1T peanut butter
before bed 4 oz. soy milk (helps keep my blood sugar up during the night)
