I'm glad that I started to continue the thread. Even though I check in with fitday every day, something about putting my food out in public and seeing how others handle their consumption seems to help.

B) 1egg, 1 2% cheese, 1 MS veg. sausage, 100 cal. mini-ww bagel
L) 1/4 c. FO soup, 1 small dinner salad w/1.5 T chunky blue cheese, 1 chicken tender, 3 fries, 2 mints
B) 1/3 order chicken moo goo, 1/4 c. rice, 1 c. eggdrop soup, 1 fried wonton

Yesturday I had.....

Coffee with protein

Bagel gutted and toastedwith a little butter

3/4 Slice of Pizza

Tiny piece of lasagna didnt eat the noodles just all the cheese and sauce.

Popcorn

Too many carbs for me but doing much better today....
