NO CHEETOS CHALLENGE:

This is not a challenge to avoid cheetos per se , but rather foods you are not supposed to eat . Of course, that includes avoidance of cheetos.

The "No Cheetos Challenge" is here to help us stay on track with our pouch rules, and to be recognized for staying with the plan. Therefore, I challenge you to stay clean on all the pouch rules, which means no cheating. I triple-dog dare you...you can do it!

You can check in every day, or every week. What's important is sharing how you're doing.

Question

Well, I will need to keep him off my shoulder! LOL He keeps telling me a little chocolate won't hurt!! I am a confirmed chocoholic!! Add to that the fact that so far nothing really has bothered my pouch, and I don't get that FULL feeling...I am having a tough time... BUT... I will try to do the challenge! (If I can start once my chocolate stash is gone...oops...guess I shouldn't have told the world! LOL) Ok, chocolate goes to hubby... I was thinking about getting out my food diary from my early months and trying to adhere to that?? Any thoughts?

I like this idea., I have been working so hard this past month to stay away from the "Junk".
So far I have had , hmmmm , pumpkin pie., (small pc)., pitzelles, got a craving for pretzels for some reason.
For the most part though I have been sticking to yogurt with high fiber granola (Kashi) filling., and basically chicken and high protien foods.
I can relate to the cheeto's though....yummmmm.
I will join your challenge...and if we should slip now and then maybe it will not be as bad knowing we have all this support. Confession is a good thing..LOL
And to the chocolate??? This is a big no-no....owwwie. I CAN RELATE THOUGH A HERSHEY KISS NOW AND THEN IS LIKE HEAVEN.

I personally keep a journal all the time., it is a real big help in keeping track of my protiens and calories for the day, as well as keeping me aware of what I put in my mouth. I think it really helps.
I am averaging 1000 to 1200 calories a day..is this too many??? (6 1/2 month)

Ok Lisa I am game....this will be a good lesson to make me more aware of what I am doing.
Today I had some cereal for breakfast and a carn milk for lunch and a small piece of chicken. No dinner yet.
But I did have some cheese crackers earlier today...the bad news....NOT TOO MANY, BUT A NO-NO ALL THE SAME.

honestly i never count my calories on this journey. USUALLY if i follow the pouch rules i dont seem to take in as many if i keep my protein high and carbs lo it works,

I will be getting accountable for my eating starting monday morning.
I am prepared with some cucumbers that im gonna make with vinegar and splenda and keep on hand in the fridge for my munchies. I had them at a party yesterday and they were satisfying!!!!
SO thats what im gonna use to combat my grazin and get in in control!!!!!

I HAVE ALWAYS KEPT TRACK IT IS AN OLD HABIT., SOMETIMES IT IS AN ANNOYANCE TOO. HEHEHHE
