7:30 am - Glass of milk and vitamins
Breakfast - Knekkebrød with turkey, cheese, cucumber
water/coffee/milk
Lunch - a few peices of chopped chicken and two slices of apple
coffee/water
Dinner - Chicken salad with apple/carrots/cucumber/raisons/onion made with Fage total 0
I'll probably have a cuppa and a yogurt before bed
