Good morning hones. it's very cloudy in here, ohhh gosh I miss the natural light so much!!

B: fried egg, cheese, mushroom, onion, tomato with 1/2 whole wheat pitta bread (the thin side)

S: I'm waiting to be hungry mid of the day to have 20g chocolate protein powder added to 1/4 cup of skimmed milk and coffee.

will enhance my water today I hope

30 mins before the lunch I had green salad with light craft dressing

L: will be steamed rice with okra and beef

As a desert I had 1/2 handful of raw nuts with raisins

S: coffee with protein powder

did't have a sip of water so far =/

S: 2 small cheese blocks yum yum

D: Tuna and white beans with lettuce balsamic vinegrate salad, decaf Cafe Late
