Default what are you eating today? Jan 18,2010

regular start of protein wafer bar....14 grams protein
protein oatmeal, cooked in milk, w/nuts & raisins, 1/2 scoop of protein powder.
.....................................34 grams of protein
gosh that stuff lasts a loooong time

hot tea hot tea hot tea..
loooong nap today..!
popcorn!......2.4 gram protein..

dinner I think I'm gonna make some rice and chop up turkey with onion and mixed greens!!!
we will see!

The greens mixture alone has ....14.3? grams protein
14 + 34 + 2.4 + 14.3 = 64.7
---if I add black beans instead of rice then a 1/2 cup would add 7.2 grams protein.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had a protein shake for breakfast

Lunch was 1/2 cup cottage cheese with peaches

Snack: fiberone key lime yogurt with laughing cow baby swiss cheese wedge

Dinner: 2 oz grilled chicken, a couple of bites of green beans and mashed potatoes

Bree, what are the protein wafers you are talking about? Are they the ones I've seen on Baratric Eating.com? Are they good? Thanx!

no, it's a protein bar I get from GNC. It's got a wafer type of thing going on and they have serveral flavors which are NOT chocolate.

I'm not real keen on bariatric advantage items, they are too costly for most things, even if I buy them at the bariatric hospital shop here.
