Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

The day is young...

So far, just a protein shake. I'm still afraid to try coffee.

My son's b'day is today and he wants steak, so we'll being going out to eat. We also have a DQ ice cream cake.

We'll see how it goes. I've found that when I get out of my routine I have a hard time getting the protein in.

HI TAMMY!
DO the best you can on the protein your still new out but
its the best thing you can do for quicker weight loss
and when you hit the hair thinning stage surgeons usually
tell everyone to really crack down on the protein to help!

hugs

Hi,
B: 1/2 c scrambled eggs

Planning on having one of those stallone puddings to try to get more protien. Had ground up chicken last night and it felt like it just wouldn't go down for the longest time. I was really uncomfortable. It felt like it just sat in my esophogus. The feeling finally went away after about an hour and a half. I'm going to try mixing it with fat-free gravy later.

Stallone puddings helped me get my protein in early post op and i just stocked up on them again for this recent post op experience. Good way to supplement and keep me from feeling sick. Banana is my favorite

Just a couple of questions...where do you get your Stallone puddings, and is it Stallone, as in Sylvester Stallone?

TAMMY yes this is a sylvestor stallone protein pudding.
I get mine in GNC....do you have that chain of stores near you???

I know if you froogle google it you might find a good deal online for it. I just hate paying freight. SOME people think its costly but when you think its a meal for us i find its well worth every cent and its loaded with protein!
I love the banana and the chocolate. I used it very often early out and still on ocasion use it now.

Lisa,
Yes, there is a GNC in the local mall (I live in KY, BTW). I'll check it out tomorrow. Banana seems to be the overwhelming favorite on this forum!
