6am prayer and fasting..
afterwards we had coffee which I added creamer and sweetner and bit of sugar as my glucose was waaayyy low.

protein wafer bar when I got home --14 grams.

1/3 cup of chopped roast beef with pickles. --16? grams is best I can approx.

2 wasa crackers...2 grams of protein
= 32 grams total so far?

i square of toasted seaweed

...?? I dunno on the rest of the day. I got invited to a house get together at 6pm that is a thingy about eating within the glycemic index ? or something.

I don't seem to do as well with my protein on weekends as I do on week/work days.....

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled and 1 piece cracked wheat toast.
decaf. coffee

Snack: stick of cheese
lots of decaf. iced tea throughout day

Lunch: lettuce wraps containing deli turkey sliced tomato and cottage cheese with some potato chips

Snack: Microwave popcorn

Dinner: 1 slice Walmart canadian bacon pizza.
