Hey girls, how come nobody commented on my previous posts I was still on year 2006! Gosh I'm totally bluffing!

B: green tea, dried apple stick (sugar free)

L: 1/2 low carb chicken,salad, cheese, jalepeno wrap

S: 1 mug of Arabic coffee

S: Banana

D: egg noddles with beef and chicken chunks, sweet pepper and carrot (Chinese style), red apple

S: protein coffee, cheese stick

had less than 250l water, I have horrible bladder pains I guess I'm not having enough water

Shapers strawberry and raspberry fruit smoothie from Boots yum yum!

Ahhhh here is the night daemon coming ohh Gosh cucumber fingers with ranch dressing

D2: I hope my last, I had left over shredded chicken with pine nuts so I cut the mushroom heads and stuffed them with the chicken capped them with small cheese slices and microwaved them yum yum.! Had weight watcher raspberry yogurt. PLEASEEEEEEE BE MY LAST MEAL FOR TONIGHT!

HEHEHE guess were not all that sharp! LOL

MY EATINGS TODAY:

breakfast: 4 triscuit crackers w/ cream cheese

SNACK: 2 string cheese and 5 pretzel nuggets!!!

LUNCH: SOUTHBEACH frozen pizza ate one piece w/ crust the rest i picked the top off to keep the carbs down yet my protein up! ITS made with a nice whole wheat crust.

DINNER is going to have to be no carbs!!!! if it kills me!

OKAY DINNER wasnt a good one i tested my waters as usuals and ate leftovers. HAD the leftover turkey and no good i did a refund totally!
WHAT a strange symptom i wound up sure would have loved sugar
dumping over this interesting leftover meat thing i have. OH well....

SNACK: well was starvin dinner didnt stay down had 100 calorie bag of popcorn!

TO many carbs today tomorrow i fight them harder for sure

Hi. What a weekend. I had two jobs going Sat. at the same time and one on Sunday. I skipped having a weekend, lol. I'm taking a nap after looking around here at RR.

Yesterday
B) Bacon, grapes, brie, tomato, cracker
S) Double espresso & coffee
L) Brown rice & carrot sushi, smoked salmon, seaweed salad
D) Oysters wrapped in bacon, sushi, grapes, smoked salmon

B: 5 oz protein shake
L: 1/2 cup salad 2oz steak and 1/4 of a baked potato (those dang lunches at work have got to stop)
