I don't know how people find raining something romantic?!!! it's very dull and dark in here I MISS THE SUN SOOOOO BAD  B: green tea with mint, 15 min's later I had slim fast Blueberry muffin bar (140 cal, 1g protein, 22g carbs) S: 1/3 of yesterday low carb chicken wrap ( has tones of calories mayo, cheese, chicken, jalepeno) water L: Tuna salad whole wheat sandwich (Subway) with cappuccino, Pineapple chuncks S: shape crisps (97cal), Banana Later.......

TODAY those evil carbs are not creeping in my eating: BREAKFAST: protein shake w/ banana mixed in SNACK: cucumber slices marinated in vinegar and splenda LUNCH: insides of a chicken pot pie,,,left the crust SNACK: strawberries DINNER: homemade turkey soup that i refunded. DONT know whats with my pouch lately and dinners. oh well to be edited as the day moves on....
