VERY late start today! Daughter and I stayed up very very late again. Then when I got up..hot tea, protein wafer bar per usual!

Then using our ninja skills..LOL...actually it was the hitting the ice with force like trying to bust concrete we busted off ALL the ice on both cars and all windows's ice too! whew! Got cars started, warmed up, groceries!

dried coffee--1 cup with cream and sweetner
1? gram protein

Protein drink with splash of left over coffee, plain yogurt, 2% milk, 2scoops designer whey protein.
41? grams protein (this protein has less per scoop than the super whey)

before bed will push a protein drink again..but before then, dinner? I don't know what to have at this point..will post it if I I ever decide.
