coffee which I never finished this morning...urg!

total so far: 79.2 grams protein!!!

Okay so now what to have?

half a chicken breast chopped up on top of fresh baby spinach, shredded cheese, sprinkle of parmesan, dollop of hummus.

makes the total then for the afternoon: 113.3 grams protein!

Breakfast low sugar instant oatmeal with cinnamon & natural applesauce = 3 g protein
and my vitamins.

Snack Protein shake= 15 g protein

Lunch 5 large shrimp 18g protein with cocktail sauce and a small slice of leftover pizza 17g protein approx.

Dinner will be baked 1/2 chicken breast 26.7 g protein and mashed potato 4.2 g protein approx.
