Hump Day. Oh my gosh....so looking forward to FRIDAY!!!

B) 4oz. broiled chix. breast, low carb wrap, tomato and raw pepper
S) .5 c. pasta
L) banana
D) 4oz. deli turkey, 1oz. lite cream cheese, 5 baby carrots, 10 mini baked ww crackers.

HAPPY HUMP DAY!

BREAKFAST: protein shake ( 1/3 banana)

SNACK: whole wheat cracker w/ cream cheese

LUNCH: tuna salad....(tuna, lofat mayo, celery onion)

SNACK: power crunch bar (cookies n creme)

DINNER: cheese off the pizza didnt do crust no way was i refunding dinner tonight!

well I'm not sure if I eat well today but it's a lot of carbs. One of my lows today so I don't really care about what I ate!

L: felafel with garlic dip, 4 bites of macaroni cheese

S: pop corns at the movie (watched the latest will smith movie) which made my low deeper!
D: carrot cake with 1/2 mug cappuccino at star bucks

For me today so far is the following:

Early Morning (6am) : protein shake (calorie countdown milk, whey protein and banana with ice) = 23 gm protein

Breakfast (9am): carb freedom yogurt with 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal = 22 gms protein

Snack (11am): 1/4 cup mixed nuts lightly salted = 6 gms protein

Lunch (1pm): 1/2 cup spaghetti, mostly sauce with ground turkey and turkey sausage in it. The noodles were whole wheat = 14 gm protein

Snack (4pm): fresh fruit: strawberries, canteloupe and grapes

Dinner (somewhere between 6 and 7): Not sure yet but will be high protein and low carb

Snack (10pm): protein shake = 23 gm protein


Usually my day doesn't go over 1200 calories and at least 80 gms of protein.

I bought some shrimp the other day. I've never cooked shrimp, perhaps tonight will be the night!

Not great, huh. I think the protein shake fills me up so much I don't want to eat again until late. I know that's not good.
