Default JAN 11, 2007 what ya eatin???

DIDNT see the thread up and im working my hardest to get things
back under control from a horrible eating holiday season....so i need this thread to help me.....



BREAKFAST: protein shake ( 4 carbs, 0 sugar, 15 protein) EAS carb control Advantage Chocolate fudge

SNACK: Handful of soy nuts ( 8 carbs, 0 Sugar, 8 protein)

LUNCH: chicken, cheddar broccoli soup ( 10 protein, 14 carbs which honestly i got less cause i didnt eat the potatoes in the soup i left them all and didnt finish the can so maybe i got 6 protein and 8 carbs)

SNACK: stallone protein pudding (14 protein, 1 carb)

DINNER: WOW i held a salad down...i had ceasar lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes and then 1 slice of london broil chewed well!


YEAH ME for another fine day keeping my carbs down and eating in control!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Breakfast scramled egg with swiss 1/4 banana 2 strawberries and a slice of toast.

D: Garlic Chili Wild Alaskan Halibut w/ Coconut Rice & Snow peas.... loved this!!! 38g Protein!!!
S: Strawberries w/ 1/4c. ricotta w/ splenda (saw this recipe on Martha - DELISH!!! 11g protein!)

Yeah me!!!!
