Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Wink Lisa!!!

Why do you think I'm eating them?!?! You are a great advice giver!!!

I'm thinking it is a strong possibility...but I've also been upping my protein...cutting out ANY sweets...complex carbs....and writing down everything I put in my mouth.

This has made me very very conscious of what I'm eating...and gotten me "BACK ON TRACK"....
I've added the strawberries...and they are YUMMY...I don't think I have as big of a craving for the sweets. (I actually bought coolwhip....but then saw that MARTHA...and now the ricotta and strawberries is my fave! ~lemme know what you think??~)

Thanks for the tip about strawberries....
I'm also snacking with nuts if I snack at all.....I think that was your tip too!

Wink I don't know....

But....
I think if I keep on task with what I'm doing....then we'll see if I make the goal.
But...I don't know if it will happen EARLIER than that....I'd love it if it did!
We'll see....

Thanks for all your encouragement!
