Oh man was I crazy as a loon yesterday with my food. Still trying to figure out how I let those food demons take control.

B) Unjury protein & coffee
L) 4 oz. turkey breast, tangerine
S) 2 oz. baked fish, 2T pesto cream sauce
D) 4 oz. smoked salmon, 1/2 raw red pepper, 2T NF cream cheese
S) 1.75 c. dry kashi
