Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default Well, today?

I had breakfast, obviously, so what I had was:
chicken breast-almost a whole one
about a half a cup of grape tomatoes-LOVE THEM
about a half a cup of strawberries
2 cups of coffee
I, then, for lunch say, have more meat for the protein, some skim milk for the calcium, more veggies of some sort, and that usually is it.
For supper, I have more meat, veggies, no fruit this meal, and try to get in some bread. I still fill up sooo fast on breads of any sort, but it is the grain part. lol I alternate this throughout the days, so I make sure I am getting all the necessary food groups. I SURE HOPE I AM.

Hey...I posted to this when I got out of work today but it's not showing up. I wonder what happened?

B) 2oz. turkey, 2oz. stewed beef
S) 1/2 top of chocolate muffin
L) 3/4 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. fresh pineapple, 3T raisins
S) 1/4 c. wasabi peas
D) 1/3 c. chix. bbq, 1/2 pc. bread, 1 2% cheese, baking powder bisquit, 2 pats butter
S) 1/2 bag popcorn, 1/2 kiwi, square of chocolate, 2 swigs of chocolte mocha drink. My stomach feels soooo yuck right now. D & last S had nothing to do with hunger and everything to do with nerves. My stomach sounds like a backed up sewer pipe...lots of gurggles!

Mike,
I love those grape tomatoes too! I actually grew my own this past summer. They are even better right off the vine.
Really looking forward to enjoying those again!

I am 5.5 months out from surgery. I have not had any type of food yet, that went against me. I AM ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES, I GUESS. I feel bad when I hear people are having a rough time with things they try. I don't know what that is like. NOT COMPLAINING MIND YOU. I couln't live without my tomatoes. I LOVE THEM. I can't wait for the day when the post comes from you that you can eat them, or something you have wanted. lol KEEP ME POSTED, AND EVERYONE ELSE.
