While wandering through other areas I found a bunch of posts about what did yout eat today.
I think this is great, what did everyone have to eat today? This helps us new to the losers bench select food plans.
I had:
Kashi cereal W/skim milk
grilled chicken chunks W/green peper diced
very small amount of cole slaw (chewed into mush)
Swanson caned chicken With parmesan cheese sprinkeled on top
Sweet patatoe about 5 tablespoons.
about 100 oz of water.
