| Well, I must confess. Yesturday, the stress for me was intense. THE BIG OLD FAMILY MATTER ONCE AGAIN. I fought the urge to snack on comfort foods all day, and did very well. Last night, after work, I fell off the wagon. I had my usual couple cups of coffee, but something was missing. YAH, YOU GUESSED IT, MY COMFORT FOOD. I had a pop tart, and BOY OH BOY, I WISHED I HADN'T. I ate it, and not more than 10 minutes later, I felt incredibly nausous. I did not , or have any discomfort, pain wise, from eating it, but the nausea was bad enough. That lasted all night. This morning, I am TOTALLY behaving myself. I am assuming because it was sooooo high in fat and carbs. I had that feeling before, but in a VERY VERY VERY mild form, and didn't think anything much of it really. It wasn't a pop tart though. It was the few cookies, one at a time, I had over Christmas. This time, it was totally different. I have learned my lesson with this, and tonight when I get home from work, it will just be my coffee, as usual. OOOOOF! That wasn't fun. I really feel for people who can't eat much of the good food. Here I am, being able to eat whatever I want, getting into naughty things, and their are people struggling with good food. I will for sure, behave myself from now on. Still dealing with stress eating, and have done very well until last night. So, in a nutshell CHUPS, I did a naughty thing, and paid the price. I play the glad game with it though. I am glad that I didn't barf, and that it helped me get back in check with what I know I should have done instead. FOUGHT OFF THE URGE TO DO THAT. Nice hearing from you, CHUPS.mike |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kat and EarthGirl thanks hone chicks yes I'm happy that I finally reached the 100lbs I'm trying to behave myself these few days but J's once you break the carb chain you'll get screwed up the next day! it's certainly an addiction I'm trying to do not more than 70g carbs a day but gosh it's hard! Hey dearest Mike, I'm sorry to hear about your horrible dumping feeling! I myself have experienced it last night! I have been so good with my food lately except for last night I decided to skip my dinner and have my mommy's famous home made custard (with normal sugar) it was a 1 cup size serving but I hated myself after I had it, my heart beat was so fast, I wished if I throw up it was such an ugly feeling and lasted until I went to bed! SO don't worry buddy I guess we were in the same wagon fooling around with this nice feeling hehehehe (I would imagine that hanging out with you in real life would be one of the 7 wonders of the world hehehe) OK now here is something that I learned from a TV reality show when I was in Leeds-UK about how to stop craving for food or how to stop emotional eating its TFT I have personally tried it and Gosh it really works! it may sound weird or silly but take it from me pal it REALLY WORKS!!! Keep the good work folks you all look so fab, and let's be more realistic and forgive ourselves if we slip once!
