9:00 coffee with protein
B: one fried egg (with I can't believe it's not butter) and light Gouda cheese slice.
Thirsty!
S: peanuts
L: 1/2 cup steamed rice with ground beef and veg's, apple
D: greek salad
Felt hungry so I had mini white sandwich with peanut butter and green tea with mint

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Decaf coffee w/cream.

About 2/3 of a protein bar (it made me feel kind of bad...too many carbs, I think).

About 4oz chopped turkey breast with about 1oz garlic green beans thrown in.
About 2oz colby jack cheese.

It's 8pm and I hate to eat much this late, but I'm going to have some SF pudding or jelly before bed.
