Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hanadi,
You seem to have such a healty approach to eating. I am still having trouble getting past the "to lose weight I have to suffer" mentality. I have a tendency to NOT EAT, just because I can (not eat since the surgery, I mean).
How do you keep such a positive attitude? Do you eat on a set schedule? Do you cook any special meals for yourself?

hehehe Tammy,

You should have looked at what I ate last month when I was in Leeds, before I stopped my schooling (was doing Msc.) I was emotionally under a lot of stress and I was basically eating like a pig! from the moment I open my eye in the morning till 2 minutes before the bed time I was eating continuously! savory, after sweet things after, juices and .... I was so horrible and thank God I didn't gain weight in that time I stalled for maybe 2 months!

Thank God I made the right decision for the family and came back home and now I have these 3 months before I reach my one year anniversary so I'm on my full determination and speed I really want to lose the remaining 77 lbs! I lived enough as a fat person I want to enjoy my life!

I don't plan my meals and don't cook something special for me. what ever is there for the family that has protein in it I take the protein and take out the rest, prepare a salad as a side dish and enjoy it! even when we get out I eat wisely. I learned I don't forbid myself for my old junk food (sandwiches I mean) I order the kids meal eat only the sandwich and sometimes I remove one bun or if I can I remove both. Of course I don't touch the fries (I sneak one or tow hehehe) and the soda!

I believe the whole secret is to cut your carb to the limit, put more raw nuts, cheeses, protein, skimmed milk (once a day), and plenty of green veg's and water.

Eat healthy, live healthy

Love,
Hanadi
