Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hey there Hanadi. How are you?

I am munching on the leftover tuna melt from yesterday's lunch. Too MUCH!!

I went out to dinner last night, and after eating the mussels appetizer, could not even touch my entree. So, I had it wrapped, planning to eat some today, some tomorrow. I am so angry that when the host helped me put on my coat, I put my bag down and FORGOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL......now I have to cook!!!

How are you pal? S

I'll tell ya what I had yesterday....(I haven't really started today, yet)

Decaf w/ cream
Carb Freedom yogurt (about 5 oz.) with a little bran cereal (I needed a little extra help if you know what I mean)
About 1/4 cup taco flavored Hamburger Helper
1/2 spicey black bean veggie burger with American cheese
2 Ritz crackers with Deborah's wonderful shrimp salad on them
about 4-5 salt and vinegar chips.

I found some Italian style meatballs in the freezer section at walmart and the pkg info says 3 meatballs have 12 grams of protein! I'm going to try those today w/ a little marinara. I also found some new protein shakes I'm going to try.

Hi guys...I'm off from work today. I took a sick day.
Chup...you sound reinvigorated. Please send some of that my way.
Nice to see you Shh. Old friends are the best!
Tammy how were the meatballs? Someone told my that they are very good. How many cal. in 3?
I wish that we could all get together in person today and talk. It would be so great. What did they call that on that space show...a halogen? Wouldn't that be cool if we could just "beam" ourselves back and forth?

B) Protein & coffee
L) Smoked salmon, NF cream cheese, raw red pepper
S) Smoked salmon, NF cream cheese
D) Sesame chix. salad-naked, 3 oz. haddock
S) a few rasins, leftover salad from D

Kat, I haven't tried the meatballs yet, but I'll let ya know. The label says 250 cals/serving which is 3 meatballs.

Yea, it would be coool if we could just beam away! Of course that means I would have to get dressed and fix my hair !!

I have so been waiting forever to join this thread!!! Now I can! :-) My meals are going to be boring for the next couple days, but here is what I ate today: 2/2/07
B: 1 oz SF Jello (cherry), 1 oz No sodium chicken broth... (yuck), and 1 sip of crystal light lemonaide.
L: 1 oz SF Jello (strawberry), 2 oz peppermint hot tea (yummy)
D: about half a cup of regular chicken broth, 1 and a half oz cherry SF jello.
Snack: one SF strawberry popcicle. it was soooo good!

I was going to ask, does anyone have any advise for the step two full liquid diet? I am kind of afraid to try anything, for fear that I will dump. I bought some malt o meal tonight, and thought about putting some skim milk in it.... but I dont know if this is ok for the full liquid diet or should i wait until the pureed food diet. It just doesnt seem like there are too many things out there to eat on a full liquid diet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
