Good morning everyone, what's up?

B: Raspberry Protein shake

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS I can't believe I finally jogged/walked on the treadmill for one hour FINALLY!! it's not that I'm not fit for that sport but at last I had one complete hour without any distraction! I'm happy that I had 1 liter water while jogging this is a breaking record!

S: 3 strawberries, 6 grapes

L: 4 spoons of elbow macaroni with sauce bolonize (beef)

D: whole wheat arabic bread (light) with beef burger, light cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, light mayo

S: 2/3 apple

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
