L: ceasar salad, sheesh kabab
S: Arabic coffee, tea, peanuts
D: McDonald's cheese burger with mayo, tomato, lettuce (still hungry, I'm scared!)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I haven't had breakfast yet but I just had to chime in an say how great your doing!! Your my inspiration today. Please keep it up girl. YAAAAAY for you!!!


B) 3oz. chicken, 1/4 c. rice
L) 3oz. chicken, raw celery & carrots, black olives, cheese sauce
S) 1 pc. chocolate, 1/2 pretzel rod
D) 1 bread, 1 bologna, 1 provalone, 1c. baked beans & ham hock
S) popcorn

I was frightened last night, gosh I was starving before bed and was thinking of eating another sandwich but I had few grapes then brushed my teeth and buried my head against the pillow and forced myself to sleep!

I want to lose these 2 1/2 kilo's soooo bad I can't wait to become below the 100kg's! but I can't see it very soon =/
