Good morning everyone

8:00 coffee with protein

B: 1 scrambled egg (used: I can't believe it's not butter), one hotdog

S: apple, peanuts

S: Mushroom instant soup (89cal)

L: chicken drumstick with carrots, 0% fat multi-berry yogurt with protein powder

for an hour (burned 350 cals), for 20 min's (burned 225 cals), 100 shoulder, arms sets (I'm not so sure how much I burned!) had 1 liter of water yeyyyyy! I feel great!

S: handful of 94% fat free popcorn, 3 T-sp's peanut butter

D: Mcdonald's cheese burger (I feel like I'll vomit!)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
