I hear ya! I am not getting enough either. I went to surgeon today and he says I am doing great. told me to add a protein shake which I have ordered. He told me my weight loss was a little much for 3 weeks considereing my starting weight. Since we have about the same stats and surgury date and even weight loss- I guess that would be good go for you too. Are you doing the protein shakes at all? have you found anything that tastes good besides water? It's hard to eat more when you physically can't. How are your meds setting in your pouch? I have been faithfully taking mine but they burn sometimes and it takes me an hour to get them down-one at a time. I truly feel like we are kindred spirits! I'm so glad you are on here. take care!

breakfast - 3 oz shaved ham & 3 oz cheese
1 cup 1% milk
yogurt - 90 calories
10 crackers whole grains (80 calories), 3 oz turkey breast, 2 oz havarti cheese
2 sugar free pecan chocolates...120 calories
dinner - salad with balsamic dressing - 5 bites, one turkey club with no bread - so bacon 2 pieces and turkey 3 slices - tomatoes, peppers
4 oz chicken with cheese & 5 tbsp of bean and jalepeno soup....
3 8 ounce glasses crystal light...and 3 glasses water...
