First off, see my comments in the Slow Losers thread.
Second, how many calories are you eating? How much fat? The way you've listed your food I can't tell what you are eating when. I'm assuming the skim milk protein drink is breakfast. Are the cole slaw/macaroni salad side dishes that you have with something else?
Most of your choices look really good. I personally would replace the protein drink for solid food, ditto the protein bar. I don't believe in drinking your protein, and the protein bar has a lot of calories for such a small amount of food. But that's just me, there's nothing wrong in these if that's how you want to do it.
The macaroni salad and cole slaw both have a dressing that could be very high in fat (did you make them yourself using LF dressing?), and probably no protein. Again, I personally don't do pasta at all, the slaw at least is a veggie and shold be eaten after you've eaten your protein. Are you using LF peanut butter and whole grain muffins? The rest are excellent choices.
All in all, I think you are right on track. It's only the guys who make goal by 9 months, the rest of us take 18 months. You're only at 5 months! Things are going to start slowing down now and you may only drop a pound every week or even two. Still, at 1 pound a week you would still lose 52 pounds which would put you at 114! So you need to lose less than a pound a week to get to goal. You are right on track.
