Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Angry I hate it....

LLM lots of carbs!!! look what I've eaten since I returned back from work I just hate myself and can slap myself for that!

OK
I started with 5 strawberries, good so far
then I looked at the butter cookies and I think I had 10 of them (5 of them with green tea with mint)
then I was like hmmm I need something salty, so I took 2 whole grain toasts with craft spread cheese Jude shared it with me then I made another sandwich I ate 1/2 of it! after that I had horrible stomach pain I was screaming out of pain!
I napped! woke up really upset with myself!

I will zip my mouth and no dinner no matter what!

I just hate how I return to my old silly mind, whenever I get compliments from others that wow you've lost weight I go and eat crappy food as a reward like yeeeeyyyy girl take this as a treat for your good job! UUGHHHHHHHH I'm really pissed off with myself!

Wow what a wake up call article DocSanea!!!

He's absolutely right! OMG it's all about mind programing! I should read Dr. Phill or Dr. Paul Mckena books again! You know it's really awful how after all this win round that I have done in my WL challenge I still listen to these mind lies! this also has happened when I was using Lees pressure as an excuse!
I need help, Do you recommend that I see a Doc or maybe enroll a mind program?

Thanks for leading me to this great article!

Hanadi

If you can find a psychiatrist/psychologist who is familar with emotional eating, that would be a great help.
For self help, I suggest you journalize, or even just jot down a short memo when you feel like eating badly, what is eating at you that makes you want to eat. (Yup, the pun is intended ) Writing down what upsets you will help you see things in a more objective way. When you go over it after a while, you should usually be able to see what lead to your emotions. Once you know what leads to certain emotions, you can start learning how to defuse such situations.

Okay, so anybody up for a positive reward other than food thread? Lisa, you probably have a good one to start with.
Either in Coffee Talk, or as part of WOW.
