Arrow 2/22/07, what have you been eating?

Good morning buddies,

I guess I knew what made me stall for weeks!!!! it's the protein shake that DocSanae warned me about it has 10g sugar!!! I mix it with 100 ml orange juice and 100 ml low fat milk so the calories add up pretty well!!!!! I had been lurking the raspberries shake with the strawberry flavor protein powder for weeks now and guys it tastes like those fancy shakes in Chllies or Apple Bees it's yum yum, but it cost me +3 weeks of same weight although I worked out like hell! I guess the rest of the packet will end up in the trash bin =/

8:10 coffee with Whey chocolate protein powder (2g sugar)
B: 4 strawberries, peanuts
S: apple
L: Chicken Ceasar salad, few bites of Beef fajita, 3 french fires Turkish coffee
for an hour, 200 sets, plus thighs, bum, hips sets ~100 sets

S: raspberry and whey pinna colada protein shake (2g carb) Yum Yum

D: McDonald's small cheese burger with mayo tomato lettuce, removed one bun and just 1/2 of it made me full (I'm very happy with my dinner tonight!)

I wore myself in the exercise today I can snooze now before I took off my clothes hehehehe
Nighty night

Hanadi

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I go to Chicago today to see my WLS Doc. I hope the news on the scale is good but honestly...I don't think the scale will move much from what I already know.

B) Coffee
L) Chicken breast
S) Soy nuts
D) Smoked salmon, lf cream cheese, ww, nf, lc wrap
S) Tossed salad, 6 saltines, few bites lasagana (I spit out the cheese...a ball of goooo)

Bren we all fall off the wagon, I've learned how to forgive and forget about my slips. Tomorrow is always a new day and sometimes I try to get back on track the next day if not in the same day on the next meal.

Cheer up honey look at your weight ticker you're doing absolutely fantastic. You have 28lbs left yeppi!!!!!!!

Love,
Hanadi

Hanadi im sorry the shakes were causeing you 3 weeks of no weight loss that really is awful. BUT its so easy to have hidden sugars, calories and carbs in products.
I know i only add a 1/4 banana in my shakes cause i know that will be to many carbs for me easily!!!
GLAD you figured it out! AND yes we have to add the calories to what we mix those shakes with. I use the carb countdown choco milk to mine and its with fewer calories/carbs and sugars!

ALL the best ....now my eating.....not shabby today

BREAKFAST: 5 cheddar cheese stixs

SNACK: pretzels

LUNCH: locarb whole wheat wrap w/ cream cheese
(okay i can do this shelley is pep talking me cause i been crashing and burning bad, ust cause i offer alot of support lately i mess up bad with eating, thank you shelley for getting on my case hard yesterday i need it....)

hugs to everyone else!
I have to USE my tool correctly now!
OR im gonna fail!

Good evening everyone. I hope you all are doing well. I hope you all are keeping to your workout routines. Three tips to keep in mind when working out and having a good diet. Don't consume more calories that what your are going to burn, eat a good variety of fruit, vegs, meats (protein), grains and carbos and simply moderation. Don't be afraid to ask your doctor, nutritionist, counselor at local gov't agency (WIC) or nationally certified personal trainer. I'm proud of you all, take care and wish you all the best . Kyle NCPT (nationally certified personal trainer)
